Construction programme intelligence
FloatSight reads the Asta, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project programme your planner already issues and gives the whole project team clear answers: what should be built by any date, what moved since the last revision, and which contract deadlines are coming up.

Who it's for
See what should be finished this week and what the new revision changes, without opening the planning software.
Share an interactive view and a revision report instead of marked-up PDFs. Keep authoring in Asta, P6 or Microsoft Project.
Check programme submissions and notices against NEC4, JCT and FIDIC, with the clause and the evidence attached.
Review the contractor's programme on your terms: what moved, which milestones are exposed and what to ask next.
The problem
Most of the team receives the programme as a PDF with hundreds of bars. The answer they need is in there, but not easy to find.
Working out what moved, what was added and what was removed means hours of side-by-side checking.
Under NEC4 and FIDIC the programme comes with fixed reply periods and notice deadlines. In CECA's July 2024 survey, fewer than 30% of NEC projects had a programme accepted every period.
What FloatSight does
Activities are matched by ID, not by row. Dates moved, durations changed, links added or removed and milestones slipping are listed activity by activity, ready for the progress meeting.
What the programme says should be finished, in progress or starting soon, kept separate from what has actually been reported. An activity is never called late just because its date has passed.
Required contents, reply periods and notice deadlines under NEC4 ECC, JCT 2016 and FIDIC 2017, each with its clause reference. FloatSight drafts the response. You decide, edit and sign.
Dates, counts and comparisons are calculated by the scheduling engine, not guessed by a language model. Every answer names the activities, revision and file row it used.
2 milestones are dated between 9 and 23 October 2026:
